The Feet Dragging of Conservatism: Civil Disobedience is a CORNERSTONE of our Nation's existence. But I can't help but notice the consistency of heavy feet from the states that are colored red politically. The Supreme Court is the highest court in the LAND, and has delivered many land mark decisions:

Rutherford B. Hayes v Samuel J. Tilden (ruling led to the Compromise of 1877, and the withdrawal of federal troops from the South, and the institution of Jim Crow Laws) - Red States Sprinted to Execute.

The 13TH Amendment (Abolish Slavery), 19TH Amendment (Women Right to Vote) - Red States took as long as an additional 30 years to implement costing the nation millions, and accosting the rights of Americans.

Brown v. Board of Education, Red State Governors literally stood on the stairs of Public Institutions to suppress the rights of AMERICANS to attend institutions based on race. - Red States Civil Disobedience ignores the Supreme Court based on it's lust for the preservation of racism.

Obamacare 2012 Decision, "Conservatism's" Feet Dragging is cemented in it's pathological extremism of ignoring the decision of the HIGHEST COURT in the land, and impeding the evolution of our society towards a more perfect union. Standing on the individual right to go bankrupt or die from the cost of medical costs.

The CLASSIC ARGUMENT is the fiscal irresponsibility of social programs, and the FREEDOM of the "Free Market", but the RED STATES which are heavily invested in the Military Industrial Complex have not complained about the cost of WAR in dollars or human capital, which has been essential to the economies of those in the RED, and giving way to low wages no unions, and economic caste systems. RED STATE GOVERNORS are vowing not to acknowledge Obamacare. - That is all
